Business Administration Degree Programs in Oklahoma

Accredited business administration degree programs in Oklahoma are growing in necessity as industries see more growth in the state. One surprising industry that has grown significantly in Oklahoma are specialty trade contractors, such as plumbers, concrete experts, electricians and HVAC technicians. Many companies are reporting a shortage of qualified workers in these areas, and those who have expertise in specialty trades along with a strong business background could become very successful in the state.

In addition to specialty trades, the healthcare industry is also growing, as it is throughout the country. Healthcare organizations must have employees who are well-versed in business as well as the healthcare needs of patients. With the passage of the Affordable Care Act, there is more focus on the business aspects of healthcare organizations than ever before, and individuals with a strong business background as well as experience in healthcare will become more attractive to employers.

The growth of these industries indicate why accredited business administration degree programs in Oklahoma are becoming increasingly important.
