Delaware State University offers accredited business administration degree programs in Delaware. The university was established in 1891 when educational institutions were segregated based on the ethnical race of an individual. With only five degree programs offered, students were able to earn their bachelor in Agricultural, Chemical, Classical, Engineering and Scientific. By the 1900’s the Delaware State University began to undergo major structural changes to the courses and degrees offered. Bachelor degree programs underwent a couple of changes until a four year curriculum was established for degrees in Arts and Science, Elementary Education, Home Economics, Agriculture and Industrial Arts. Today, the Delaware State University is known for their stature for teaching, research, public service, and their accredited business administration degree programs in Delaware. With over 3,500 students and situated on 400 acres, the university is now organized into six colleges with 20 academic departments offering 64 bachelor degrees, 22 master degrees and five doctoral degrees.

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program at the Delaware State University College of Business offers a wide variety of curriculum based concentrations such as Business Economics, Finance and Banking, General Management, Human Resource Management, Information Systems and Marketing. Master of Business Administration
The Master of Business Administration degree program at the Delaware State University College of Business is designed to prepare working students for professional career advancements as managers. Students come from a variety of career backgrounds who aspire to become the best leaders and managers in their professional fields. Students who wish to apply for accredited business administration degree programs in Delaware at the university must complete the application process which includes an official score from the Graduate Management Admission Test, two completed recommendation forms, a resume and a statement of career goals, objectives and statement of philosophy. Courses are offered in the evening and weekends to accommodate working professionals. However, an accelerated program is offered for students who wish to attend classes on a full time basis. Admission to the Delaware State University and completion of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program offered through the College of Business does not guarantee acceptance into the Master of Business Administration degree program.
